Salary Expectations

$15-$20 per hour Lube Tech / Express Tech ($31,200 - $41,600)

$20- $25 plus incentives C Tech ($45,000-$55,000)

$29- $32 plus incentives B Tech ($65,000-$85,000)

$34-$ 38 plus incentives -Master Tech ($85,000 - $120,000)

We have several Techs that earn a… SIX FIGURE INCOME! The yearly totals that are listed above are based on producing 40 hours/week. We have aggressive incentive programs that offer $1.50/hr additional if producing between 50-59.9 hours/week and $2.25/hr additional if producing over 60 hours/week. We are a BUSY shop! The opportunity to produce over 60 hours/week consistently is here! In other words... there is money to be made for the right candidates!

A NYS Inspectors License is a plus, a clean driver's license is a must, and your own tools.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED preferred
• One year of relevant experience preferred
• ASE certifications
• A, B, or C level qualifications plus Express
• A broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Highly professional and dependable
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be reliable and able to follow directions
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
• Must be able to pass a license/motor vehicle record check
• Certification as a state inspector is a plus
