Hall Honda in Huntersville is looking for an experienced Service Advisor or Shop Foreman capable of managing a large team of technicians and service advisors at a very busy dealership to take on our Service Lane Manager role.

Dealership and CDK experience strongly preferred for this role.

Summary:
The Automotive Service Lane Manager will communicate with the appropriate departments to schedule and follow up on vehicle repair/maintenance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This person will schedule and notify technicians and service advisors of assignments and enter necessary data into computer database.

Essential Duties for Automotive Service Lane Manager:
- Schedule and dispatch Technicians to appropriate vehicle maintenance/repairs
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from Technicians, Service Advisors or Parts Associates
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment
- Receive or prepare work orders

Qualifications for Automotive Service Lane Manager:
- Must have previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

- Dealership experience preferred

- Dispatching experience

- CDK, XTime experience a plus

- Honda brand experience a plus
- Must have data entry and basic computer skills
- Knowledge/Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus
- Must have high level of customer service skills and ability to prioritize
