Automotive Receptionist Job at VARNEY GMC
Varney GMC is looking to hire Receptionist / Account Assistant to join our accounting team at our location in Bangor, ME. Our dealership is committed to providing an excellent experience for both our customers and our employees. This position would be a full time opportunity with a standard Monday through Friday schedule.

Job Responsibilities
· Answer and route incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate associates, provide callers with requested information such as company address and directions.
·Assist with various coding and data entry
· Assist with general office duties as necessary
· Work with accounting department and assist accounting manager with other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications
· At least one (1) year of accounting experience in an office environment
· Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus!
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong organizational skills and able to multitask to handle multiple projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
