Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend checking in, making payment, or waiting on hold.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Take payments from customers and process using credit card and cash register equipment.
- Answer phones.
- Assist the service manager with various clerical duties as needed; including filing, pulling and printing proper paperwork.
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be available to work flexible hours on weeknights & Saturdays.
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Bilingual a plus.
