AutoCad Operator Job at V&S Schuler
V&S Schuler Engineering Inc. supplies products and services to electrical utilities, rural electrical cooperatives, contractors, and manufacturing industries. We are fabricators of structural and tubular steel with locations in Oklahoma and Ohio.
V & S Schuler Engineering, Inc. has multiple full-time openings available for Structural Steel AutoCad Operators at our facility in Canton, Ohio and Burton, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Produce structural steel fabrication drawings from engineering designs.
- Review the drawings for accuracy prior to the official checking process.
- Back change any drawing issues and provide final for construction drawings to the shop.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Mathematics – Perform calculations.
- Problem-solving – interpret what is needed for the project from specifications, quote and drawings.
- Design Comprehension – Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other design plans.
- Multi-Tasking – Perform many duties simultaneously
- Associates/Technical degree desired or equivalent working history
- Understand various structural steel shapes.
- Basic understanding of weld symbols.
Compensation:
A meaningful compensation package will be developed that includes:
- Competitive Pay starting range $42k - $54K.
