Auto/Service Advisor Job at Audi Exchange Kirkwood
Audi Exchange Kirkwood is looking for an experienced high-line Service Advisor to join our growing team. Previous Audi experience preferred but not necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to schedule appointments.
- Perform vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
- Work with service technicians and be able to sell vehicle repairs/maintenance.
- Must be able to research customer service history and information from our database using specific automotive software.
- Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Providing our customers with exceptional service is our top priority.
