AUSTIN TRAVEL NANNY NEEDED FOR WONDERFUL FAMILY! Job at The Nanny League, Inc.
AUSTIN, TX (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) – Jet-setting parents in Austin are looking for a FULL-TIME NANNY for their 2-year-old girl. They seek a true career nanny who is care-focused, hands-on, and knowledgeable of developmental milestones. Must have the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally with very short notice for up to two weeks at a time. Perfect position for the spontaneous travel lover who can fly by the seat of their pants! While in Austin, the family is looking for some flexibility but the schedule will roughly follow this: Monday 9-5, Tuesday 3-9, Wednesday 10-6, Thursday 3-9, Friday 9-5. While traveling, the schedule will fluctuate. Flexibility is key for this position! They have a home in Park City that they plan to visit for extended stays and would love someone who is willing to stay for longer periods (a month). They are willing to offer a few flights home and back! The child is currently in school Tuesdays and Thursdays and may be in school on more of a full-time basis in the near future. Duties in addition to complete childcare include home organization, packing and unpacking for trips, ordering and organizing groceries, dry cleaning, laundry, and managing the child’s schedule. Pay is $25-30/hour plus overtime. Benefits include paid sick days and pre-confirmed holidays. Start date is ASAP!
Qualifications:CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)
Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position
A passion for working with children
Two+ years childcare experience
Excellent work and personal references
U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)
Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership
Competent swimmer
Non-smoker
Willing to go through extensive Background Check
Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident
Willingness to show proof of immunizations
No-cell phone driving signed guarantee
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
