Customer service at the order pick up and curbside delivery location. Insure a happy, engaging transaction for customers picking up on line orders. Create positive experiences for customer returning merchandise and offering options to turn the return to a sale. Assist in-store shoppers with outstanding service by asking questions and determining needs. Enroll customers in Loyalty programs to insure the best value for the customer.
