Madison Services, Inc. (Madison) is in search of an Associate Project Manager who has 2-4 years of experience. The Associate will perform duties at both the NASA Stennis Space Center, MS and the Michoud Assembly Facility, LA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Works with both the Project Manager and Alternate to ensure services remain in contract compliance.
• Participate in daily/weekly management meetings.
• Ensure that ground and pest control equipment is properly maintained.
• Assists in the procurement of supplies and materials and ensures costs remain within budgetary limitations.
• Perform pest prevention using various pesticide applications and Integrated Pest Management solutions such as trapping, mechanical exclusion, and sanitation in a manner that is legal, professional and environmentally conscious while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Update spray records, inventory and SDS sheets.
• Enter completed service orders.
• Follow sound purchasing procedures utilizing preferred vendors, when possible.
• Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed, including compliance with government regulations.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree, associate degree (AA) or equivalent from four or two-year college or technical school; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Mississippi and/or Louisiana pesticide applicators license is required.

· Willing to attend continuing education and testing for certifications and licenses.

Physical Requirements

• Walking, sitting, standing, bending, crawling, squatting, kneeling, stepping, climbing, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, squeezing, pulling, stretching and balancing.
• Lift, hold and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Enter crawl spaces which may be tight, small, narrow or confined.
• Wear personal protective equipment such as a respirator, dust mask, goggles, gloves, etc.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Special Requirements:

• Must be able to successfully pass as required a federal, state, or local government's background investigation.
• Must be able to receive NASA authorization to access both the NASA Stennis Space Center, MS and the Michoud Assembly Facility, LA.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
