Manage full-cycle recruiting/sourcing, business networking, and screening process with a focus on front-line staff.
Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools.
Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding.
Manage applicant flow within Applicant Tracking System (ATS); source, screen resumes/candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information, interview schedule, and other information as needed.
Interview and facilitate/participate in selection decision process, verify references, prepare offers, and issue offer letters.
Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports, and assist with understanding of influencers to retention, shifts in the recruiting marketplace, etc.
Maintain knowledge of and expertise with multiple recruitment tools to build strong candidate pools including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and networking.
Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals and appropriately vet leads.
Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable.
Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased, compliant with EEOC regulations, company recruitment policies, and on-boarding processes.
Act as the facility’s expert on interviewing and hiring best practices, policies, and laws.
Coordinate and facilitate new associate orientation program.
Work with managers to coordinate departmental training sessions; oversee adherence to Learning Management System (LMS).
Work with Business Office Manager (BOM) to manage employee records to meet company and state requirements.
Lead associate appreciation efforts.

Qualifications
2+ years of Human Resources experience.
1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience required.
College degree preferred.
You have a strong attention to detail and phenomenal written and verbal communication skills.
You are able to juggle many different types of tasks with ease.
You have the ability to communicate with others clearly and professionally.
You have excellent time management and organizational skills.
You have excellent computer skills and are able to learn and navigate different software and applications easily.
You have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System.
You exemplify professional and ethical behavior.

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
