We are looking for an attorney to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of estate planning, probate, family or business law. Interest in tax law or financial planning a HUGE plus! The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of matters. We are looking for candidates who are naturally curious about learning new methods and filling in the puzzle pieces. A strong willingness to think outside of the box is preferred. We help people. We are creative and we actually DO care. Our firm is lean and mean. We don't work BIGLAW hours and you'll actually be recognized for your efforts. You will be able to actually make a difference in your client's lives on at least a weekly basis.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review legal documents
-Conduct legal research
-Appear for some court appearances
-Maintain a high level of ethical and professional conduct
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
-Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada (or willing to sit for the NV bar exam)
-Strong writing and research skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and part of a growing team
