  • Directs all activities and provides leadership, vision and direction for all areas of responsibility.
  • Establishes goals & standards of practice, assigns objectives and coordinates medical, technical and administrative functions.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and appropriate licensing/accrediting agencies.
  • Develops and implements strategic plan that advances the objectives and long-term growth needs of the appropriate clinical area
  • Supports employee professional development and oversees all human resource functions withing assigned areas.
  • Responsible for oversight and validation of department budgets, maintains financial accountability, and addresses areas of concern.
  • Oversees coordination of policies and procedures to establish standardization across all areas when possible.
  • Works with Clinical and Operational improvement teams to monitor and enhance quality and efficiency with the assigned departments.
  • Provides operational support and works collaboratively with internal teams to articulate the vision and strategic plan to achieve overall growth.
  • Cultivates strong working relationships with staff to advance the vision and to achieve the goals within all areas of responsibility
  • Ensures high quality care and service in a safe patient environment and optimized patient experience in all areas of responsibility


Requirements

MBA, MHA or Master’s Degree in business-related field required. A minimum of five years’ progressive leadership experience required. Strong financial and analytical skills required. Experience working with Care Management Department strongly preferred.
