WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Audit Medication Administration Reports; notify pharmacy of changes
- Develop and implement resident care plans to meet the needs of residents
- Work every other weekend as med tech / supervisor-in-charge
- Coordinate resident care service and consult with families and physicians to do so
- Communicate with physicians and other medical professionals regarding residents' medication, treatments and therapies
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and incontinence care
- Manage and complete scheduling of resident care staff

- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience or training in an equivalent setting preferred
- MedTech or LPN certification required
- General understanding of and concern for the needs of seniors
