Assistant Project Manager - Federal Construction (Hawaii) Job at Stellar Group

Overview:
Stellar is seeking a Hawaii-based, full-time Assistant Project Manager with 1-3 years of experience to assist the Project Manager, General Superintendent, and other team members in the construction management of federal and military facility projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and updating project schedules
  • Estimating
  • Coordination of submittals
  • Change order pricing and documentation
  • Project labor analysis and reports
  • Project buyout (subcontracts, purchase/service orders)
  • Monthly and weekly reports
  • Job site visits
  • Assist in the management of vendors, subcontractors, and customers
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Construction Management, Building Construction, or similar field required
  • 1-3 years of construction related experience
  • Must be an O'ahu, HI resident for current and future project needs
