Pay Range: $40,000-45,000

Role Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· 1-2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills
· Strong math skills and Windows-based computer literacy
· Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
· Supervision for the operation of a single restaurant (10-45 employees)
· Assumes accountability for the restaurant profit and loss management
· Ensures desired restaurant outcomes (sales goals, profitability, employee retention etc.)
· Maintains company standards on equipment, facility and grounds
· Provides coaching and feedback to team on stations, processes and policies
