We are excited to present an excellent career opportunity for a seasoned Accounting Professional who is looking for an Accounting Manager role. Our Accounting Leadership team is seeking a dynamic candidate to join us and report directly to the company's leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AP/AR, payroll, and inter-company transactions, as well as managing the general ledger to facilitate the month-end close process.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Act as the main communication point with external CPA firms, both in the US and China.
• Supervise all accounting operations for consolidated entities, with a focus on control systems, transaction processing, and policy adherence.
• Perform bookkeeping duties such as processing and posting transactions into accounting systems.
• Ensure timely capture of all available discounts on accounts payable.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and review bank statements.
• Ensure timely payments of required obligations.
• Manage the charts of accounts.
• Maintain a system of control over accounting transactions.
• Prepare timely and comprehensive financial statements.
• Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements including US GAAP and tax filings.
• Participate in transfer pricing engagements.
• Oversee the A/P and A/R Specialists.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in accounting
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Experience working in the industrial industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
