Assistant Property Manager
We are seeking to fill an Assistant Community Manager position at one of our properties. Come join our team! Competitive Salary. Please Note: ***ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS MUST BE ANSWERED FOR CONSIDERATION***
Responsibilities:
- Collect rent and other fees from residents
- Must have experience with collections
- Manage collection to reduce delinquent accounts
- Post rent payments in computer software
- Prepare 3 Day Notices
- File Evictions
- Attend Eviction Court
- File Writ
- Weekend availability
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an assistant property manager
- Familiarity with property management contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to collect all rent and fees by a deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits:
Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Benefits offered include medical (one offering is available at no cost to employee), dental and vision coverage, as well as 401K and life insurance. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
