Assembly Operators will set up and operate machinery to achieve customer requirements and ensure product quality is produced within the department.
Overtime is based on the needs of the business every week, and 48 hours' notice will be provided if overtime is mandatory. Assembly Operators will be required to perform the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow work instructions for proper assembly of components and maintain proper productivity pace and targets
- Perform and document all required control plan and quality checks at assigned workstations
- Follow all procedures for material identification, traceability, and handling of nonconforming product
- Maintain 5S standards for all workstations and surrounding areas
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies
- Elevate safety, quality, and productivity problems or issues to appropriate personnel
