No manufacturing experience? No problem! Bobcat has an amazing and detailed training program, making it possible for those with no experience in manufacturing to join our world class team! We’re focused on finding employees with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We can teach you the rest!

As an Assembler, you are responsible for assembling product, partially or completely, and positioning parts. You will assemble according to knowledge of the unit or following blueprints, diagrams, layouts or oral instruction.

Requirements:

• Must be able to follow methods and procedures, have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time, and possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
• The ability to communicate, written and verbal, with supervisors and coworkers.

Schedule:

2nd shift: 3:00PM-11:00PM, Monday-Friday with OT as needed.

3rd shift: 11:00PM-7am, Monday-Friday with OT as needed.
