Do you enjoy working with children? Do you love to draw? Young Rembrandts continues to grow, and we need great teachers to start soon! We are looking for someone to teach at Vail School District and Tucson area schools.

Young Rembrandts is a nationally recognized & award-winning after school drawing program.

Our structured, step-by-step drawing curriculum encourages children to express their imaginations while improving motor skills, patience, focus, and ability to stay on task.

Young Rembrandts is seeking:

• Energetic and enthusiastic candidates
• A solid level of experience working with children in a classroom environment (1 year +)
• Had the responsibility for motivating groups of children while guiding children's behavior

Young Rembrandts will provide paid training to qualified instructors in the Young Rembrandts' methodology and teaching technique. We also provide all drawing lessons, supplies, and materials to you.

Young Rembrandts offers classes in public and private elementary schools at the end of the regular school day.

Perfect for retired teachers, artists, college students, gigsters/part-timers and/or internships.

You must have:

• Solid experience teaching in a classroom environment,
• Reliable transportation,
• An active e-mail account that you can access easily and often,
• Own or have easy access to a printer.
• Must obtain a DPS Clearance Card (background/fingerprint check). There is an upfront fee for the card.

This is a minimal part-time position(2-8 hours per week). You must be available from 1 pm to 5 pm and you are expected to teach 3-4 one-hour classes each week. Once again... this is a minimal part-time position but is a fun and VERY rewarding position for those who love art and working with children! We are providing students with the quality art education they need.
