Hiring people to work a variety of full-time security positions.

Security Officer Entry Level openings $13.00 to $14.00.

Security Officer with some experience $14.00 to $15.00.

Security Officer with a lot of experience $16.00 to $17.00 and up.

Securitas is looking for quality, people to fill positions in Marion and Harrisburg area.

Security is a 24/7 business.

The majority of our coverage includes weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnights, and holidays.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must have a professional demeanor and attitude.

· Must be reliable and have a strong work ethic.

· Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal and written communication.

· Need to have average to above average computer skills.

· Must have a reliable means of communication (cell phone).

· Must have a reliable means of transportation (private transportation recommended as many locations do not have public transportation) (Catching a ride with someone else is not considered reliable transportation).

· Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

· Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

· Must have a High School Diploma or GED. If not, must be willing to complete the GED program within six months.

· Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including 6-panel drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are both used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC, amphetamines, narcotics, hallucinogenic substances, and other)

· Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required for some locations.

Our Local Region Office is based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri a suburb of St. Louis. We also have several satellite offices. Other locations are downtown St. Louis, Missouri, in Illinois offices are in Fairview Heights (O’Fallon) and Springfield, in Iowa offices are in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Bettendorf (Quad Cities). Our main Company Operation Centers are in Parsippany, NJ, Chicago (Downers Grove), IL, and Westlake Village, CA.
