Responsibilities:
An Architecture Associate at Niles Bolton Associates responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Development of project design, research and implement building codes, and produce construction documentation.

• Coordination with the project team (engineers et al.) to develop construction documents that accurately implement the design intent.

• Attending meetings with the project team, consultants, and client to discuss and develop the design.

• Participation in construction administration by making site visits and addressing technical issues with guidance from the project team.

• Coordination with engineering, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to meet overall project objectives.

Experience Desired:
A professional degree. Candidates with summer internships and Revit experience will have high consideration.

Applicants for this position must have:

• Minimum BS or BA in Architecture required

• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
