What You Will Do:
Korry is looking for an energetic engineer who has a passion for identifying and implementing improvements to, and implementing new, integrated processes to Korry’s engineering development, configuration management, and quality tools. This role will engage with other departments/functions to drive solutions that have an organizational impact

Primary Responsibilities:
    • The PLM is responsible for Korry’s Engineering configuration management, product development, quality business processes, and the tools that support them.
    • You will be responsible for identifying issues and opportunities and updating business processes: engineering processes to include design and development, operational processes, configuration management, quality management system & quality assurance.
    • Creating and providing training along with, training the trainer materials for current processes and updated processes
    • Responsible for the user support and basic administration of the company’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool, Aras Innovator, with an opportunity to take on Mechanical CAD administration, PTC Creo.
    • Architecting, testing, and deploying new/improved business processes in the PLM system with the support of PLM developers and Process SMEs.
    • Current projects include: testing and deployment of a security model to support controlled access to technical data, development of a DO-178 / 254 compliant Problem Report and Change Requests process, streamlining of the Engineering Change Request processes, and deployment of MCAD integration to PLM.
    • FY23 Planned initiatives include: migrating Quality Management systems for standalone software solutions into the PLM system (Corrective Actions, Material Discrepancy Reports, waivers/deviations), etc.
    • Development of Business cases, statements of work, development plans, and implementation plans for projects.

Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent
    • Prior experience working in a regulated environment i.e.: aerospace, medical, or automotive.

    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
    • Excellent verbal / written communications and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, committed to continuous improvement and interested in learning new skills.
    • Able to be an independent, objective, open-minded thinker.
    • You must be a US Person
