Responsibilities - BDC Sales Associate:
- Answer calls/internet requests for vehicle information (price, availability, etc.)
- Schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to meet with our Dealership's Sales Team so we can sell them a vehicle.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, reschedule appts., etc.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they had a satisfied experience
- Always provide a positive impression of our dealership to customers!
Qualifications - BDC Sales Associate:
- Automotive BDC experience is preferred
- Enthusiastic and motivated to succeed!
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen.
