B. ABOUT THE ROLE


Our Ideal Candidate


We are looking for an experience and self-driven Appointment Setter to support a Dental Company. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your quota.


You are a results-driven, highly experienced individual, an excellent communicator with a proven ability in turning initial sales calls to closed deals. You have made significant impacts and celebrated successes with your previous employers in growing the business by sharing the value proposition of the company and getting their interest to book an appointment with the sales people. If you are a professional with an extensive network, creative, resourceful, and driven to realize vision into reality, we’d love to meet you!


As an Appointment Setter, you will provide excellence by doing the following:


  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
  • Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
  • Set appointments between potential clients and sales people
  • Keep an updated customer database
  • Measure identified KPIs
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • Keep records of calls and sales
  • Prepare and present achievements and KIPs



Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our Appointment Setter? Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:


  • At least 5 years of experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
  • Proven record of meet quota
  • Good knowledge of sales tools such as CRM software
  • Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
  • Amiable and able to handle rejection
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
