We are looking for a driven, self-starting individual with a strong work ethic, great attitude, and a passion for customer service to fill the position of Appointment Center Specialist in our Corporate Office in Caseyville, IL.
Job duties include:
- Scheduling customer appointments at customer requests
- Organizing & Maintaining Project Specialists Calendars
- Communicating with customers via phone, live chat and email
- Assisting Customers with warranty service appts and transfer of warranty
- Filing, scanning, faxing, emailing
- Other miscellaneous office tasks as needed
- Participating in team meetings and events
- Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Office: 2 years (Preferred)
- Computer Software: 2 years (Preferred)
- Multi-line phone systems: 2 years (Preferred)
