Summary:

Application/IT Assistant Manager will assist with identifying, maintaining, implementing, and training, software solutions to optimize business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • A model employee that upholds excellent customer service and professionalism is an example for employees and leadership.
  • Assists with updating training programs and implementing them.
  • Assist managers with transferring all information systems to Google Workspaces.
  • Assist with assigned Siruisware tasks from MCP.
  • Ability to learn and use dashboards and reporting software.
  • Assist with computer maintenance and repairs.
  • Organize and maintain applications and data.
  • Assist in training managers on data storage.
  • Maintain and care for systems efficiencies by performing regular system maintenance.
  • Accomplish IT projects in a timely manner.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining domains, website, SSL certs, and PCI compliance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent self-motivation and discipline
  • Must be proficient in Google Workspace
  • Siriusware experience not required, but preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficiency in time management and prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work well with senior executives and team
  • Willingness to continue to learn technical aspects of business environments.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours

  • Full-time year-round salaried position
  • Employees are required to be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
