Application System Administrator FT Job at The Arc of Monroe
The Application System Administrator is responsible for managing the operation of the HRIS and EHR systems at a corporate level. The System Administrator will maintain the integrity, connectivity, operational effectiveness, and user security of the systems ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the organization. This position works closely with departments across the organization to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This position is hands on and serves as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter experts for the applications. The role is responsible with ensuring data integrity, security testing of system changes and identifying areas for process improvement.
- Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, MIS, or related field,
- plus five years relevant experience supporting an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and / or
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
