We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to join our growing team.

Here is a summary of the role:

This experienced candidate must be able to build reporting solutions and produce insights across omnichannel marketing programs, including web, media, email, and customer data. You will work closely with our teams across marketing strategy, channel delivery, user experience, and channel planning to measure the impact of marketing channel strategies and develop the insights to continually optimize digital channel performance. This person must demonstrate a passion for web analytics, digital marketing, and customer analytics, and have the experience and training to deliver. This candidate is a self-starter, analytically driven, with the intellectual curiosity and tenacity to produce meaningful reporting and insights. The ideal candidate will always be looking to solve the mystery and will have the skills to go searching for gold in data chaos. What you will do:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop reporting and insights that deliver against marketing performance goals

• Provide measurement solutions, building insightful visualization, recurring presentations, and channel intelligence, across web, search, email, social, mobile and display

• Formulate the 'story' by synthesizing analysis findings, implications and recommendations

• Deliver high impact presentations that produce meaningful dialogue and decisions that make a difference

• Recommend improvements to client websites, marketing plans, and develop measurement solutions

• Identify data opportunities to streamline routine tasks

What you should have:

• Passion for all things data, analytics, and the curiosity to seek meaning behind the numbers

• 3+ years of relevant analytics experience

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in a quantitative or marketing discipline a plus

• Ability to derive analytic insights to solve business problems

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics implementation a plus

• SQL knowledge and experience required.

• BigQuery familiarity a plus

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse teams (including analytics, development, and marketing)

• Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentation layers which effectively demonstrate the results and insights using industry standard tools

• Exhibits confidence and command when presenting to audiences

• Energized by fast-paced environment

The salary for this exempt-level position will be based on experience and qualifications within an established pay range. Benefits include 85% employer paid medical, eligibility to participate in vision and dental insurance as well company paid STD, LTD coverage plus a flat amount company paid toward Basic Life and AD&D, as well as a generous 401(k) retirement contribution plan eligible after 90-days of employment.

Working Conditions:

We operate as a work, not live, from anywhere model and utilize the office space as a co-working space as needed. That said, whether in the office or at a remote location, we try to operate in the traditional office norm model. You will be working with a computer, telephone, copier, or other office equipment as necessary for long stretches of time. There may be some occasional long, irregular hours. You are expected to communicate effectively (verbal and written), and maintain professionalism under stress. Occasionally you will need to bend, pull, push and/or reach to access job-related materials. You will also be expected to work with frequent interruptions such as Slack messages, emails, phone calls, drive-by visits to your desk, whether that is from a co-worker at the office or your dog barking while working remotely. All our calls are held on video, as it is important to see facial expressions and reactions to work in a collaborative environment.
