A. Position: Station Service Representative · Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) · Job Type: Full-Time

B. Job Description/Responsibilities: · Assist passengers with modifying reservations · Assist passengers with all required boarding documentations · Handle passenger complaints professionally · Check and verify passenger documentations as needed · Assist airport agents’ operations

C. Requirements: · College graduate or above · Proficient listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred · Excellent customer service skills and strong decision-making skills · Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) · Morning/evening shifts & weekend/holiday shifts required · Must be authorized to work in the United States (local candidates preferred) · Previous experience working in airport stations preferred
