Advanced Practitioner Street Medicine Job at Tower Health Medical Group
Overview
Advanced Practice Provider (The Clinical Director) will provide administrative and clinical oversight of the Street Medicine program. Provides overall operational leadership and financial management of the program. (The Street Medicine program provides primary care at community-based settings to patients that are homeless or housing insecure.) Clinical responsibilities include: supervision, management, and delivery of high-quality clinical care. Conduct health assessments, diagnose, develop care plans and prescribe, when necessary. Administrative responsibilities: supervision of two full-time staff, developing and monitoring budgets, timekeeping, scheduling, leading quality improvement initiatives to maximize clinic operations, preparing presentation documents, responding to and attending public speaking events, etc. Works closely with a variety of stakeholders: clinical/non-clinical staff, community partners, donors, etc.

- Master's Degree or BSN and currently enrolled in an MSN program

- Relevant Experience
Certification and Licensure
- PA Drivers License
- PA State License in Applicable Discipline
- For Nurse Practitioners - AANP or ANCC Certification
- Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania.
