Sales Support

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
1. Primary role of Sample Coordinator to process/prepare sample request for Sales and QC department.
a. Management of FedEx shipping which includes, relaying pertinent information to proper members of sales team upon processing of samples
b. Maintaining Sample Log and tracking of samples once shipped
2. Direct communication/collaboration with various departments.
3. Direct Support to Sales Representatives/Customer Service Team to assist with various projects relating to field sales, floating to assist where needed.
a. Tasks include emailing customer sample follow up status
b. Answering Phones
c. Inputting Sales Orders
4. Direct Support to Graphic Design to assist with Trade Show Coordination and Marketing Materials.
5. Identify recommendations for process efficiency based on issues raised by Sales team.
6. Prepare samples and manage front office FedEx requirements.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Computers, Data Entry and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to read and interpret general business and technical documents
• Present information clearly and effectively, responding to questions from Sales and Customer Service

• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, listening, articulate with ability to explain/interpret complex issues clearly, mindful of audience

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Administrative experience preferred
• Successful completion of on-the-job training.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
