Administrative Assistant / Inventory and Dispatch Coordinator Job at Cunningham Brothers Auto Parts
Cunningham Brothers is looking for a highly motivated and punctual individual to join our inventory team!
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter vehicles purchased into our yard management system.
- Dispatch vehicles to tow companies.
- Ensure all vehicles are picked up and delivered to our location as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Keep up with a delivery schedule for all vehicles coming to the facility daily.
- Answering calls from Insurance adjusters for salvage vehicles.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets.
- Manage Auto Auction sites.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are a must.
- Must be able to handle, and work through stressful situations.
- Be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Must be able to receive and analyze information.
- Must be able to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur.
- Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of sound judgement.
- Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive.
- Communicate professionally.
Full time position Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Excellent benefits

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
