As an Administrative Assistant at Frontier-Kemper, reporting to The Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties

  • Answers all in-coming phone calls and directs all calls to the appropriate party either within the office or job sites in a

timely and professional manner.
Accurately maintains and organizes files, both electronic and hard copy for the Executive Office
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
Provides accurate and timely retrieval of filed information as required.
Processes routine correspondence per guidelines and directions from the supervisor.
Prepares outgoing correspondence, including but not limited to Federal Express packages, as required.

  • Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution
  • Orders office items to assist with daily functions of the Executive Office
  • Process and send invoices to authorized approvers and submit for payment
  • Assist with expense reporting for assigned departmental staff.
Represents the company in a courteous, professional, and diplomatic manner.
Assists with special projects when needed.
Meets and greets all office visitors and Notifies office personnel in a timely and professional manner when visitors

arrive
Coordinates the usage of the conference rooms.
Composes and/or edits letters, memos, reports, procedures, etc., as required.
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent communication skills including courteous phone and receptionist skills and exceptional writing,

spelling, and grammar skills.
Requires the ability to always maintain confidentiality of work items.
Demonstrates efficient multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent customer service.
Must be dependable, consistent, diligent, and thorough

  • Associates Degree in Business Field or Finance is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
