Church Interiors, Inc. is a Design Build Firm based in High Point, North Carolina, specializing in Church Renovations. Since 1981, Church Interiors, Inc. has performed over 12,000 renovations and remodeling projects across the United States. We have renovated small chapels that seat less than 100 people to large cathedrals & sanctuaries that seat over 5,000, including many churches on the Historical Registry. Church Interiors, Inc. has a Nationwide Dealer Network of project consultants and installers, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist on our number projects in the North Fort Worth area.

We are looking for a hybrid-remote, part time Administrative Assistant to work with our Project Management team in North Texas in the Fort Worth region.

Education:

  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Project Manager in one of our busiest markets in the country.
  • Schedule meetings and act as record keeper, capturing relevant action items for follow-up.
  • Assist with preparation and organization of project sales and accounting documents such as proposal, schedule, scope of work, and budget.
  • Organize product samples and marketing materials as needed.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, contractors, and other Church Interiors staff on behalf of the Project Manager.
  • Other tasks and duties as determined by the Project Manager.

Mandatory Experience/Background:

  • Quick learner, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to take direction, but self-driven enough to creatively problem-solve issues.
  • Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Apple experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and work as part of a team.
  • Passionate and skilled organizer track materials, schedules, budgets, and other aspects of a project from start to finish.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance for occasional travel to client sites.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (unpacking samples, organizing marketing materials). Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.

Preferred Experience (not required):

  • Prior work experience for Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction firm.
  • Ability to read construction documents.
  • Experience in using CAD software.
  • Experience writing quotes/proposals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
