· Managing and answering office telephones. Provide training to new office employees in the use of office telephones.

· Meet and Greet Visitors.

· Assist Aztec Team in scheduling and organizing Training and Conference Rooms for meetings or training.

· Schedule Executive Committee Meetings.

· Schedule Aztec Vehicle Services/Maintenance.

· Organize/Supervise & Update Aztec Contacts.

· Manage Visitor log sheet.

· Organize and coordinate birthday celebrations.

· Assist in the organization and coordination of company events and holiday celebrations.

· Coordinate employee travel arrangements.

· Organize and manage Lockers / Supply Room.

· Organize and supervise Kitchen Supplies/ Kitchen Inventory.

· Coordinate purchasing and maintain company supplies and equipment inventories.

· Organize and supervise Common Areas.

· Organize and supervise Training Room.

· Organize and supervise Conference Room.

· Coordinate the purchasing of employee equipment including computers, and iPads.

· Perform or coordinate employee equipment set-up and assist HR in the preparation of equipment release forms.

· Assist with the problem solving of IT items.

· Coordinate/schedule vehicle maintenance appointments.

· Maintain office presentation to include office décor.

· Assist in the distribution of company-wide announcements/notices.

· Perform company-wide filing audits to ensure accuracy in company filing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
