Acute Response Team-BHT Job at Aspire Health Partners
As an acute response technician at Aspire Health partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the care of patients and safety of units. These functions include, but are not limited to: * Monitoring inpatient units for needed assistance * Aiding with Baker Acts on inpatient units * Assisting inpatient units with search of patients, patient's belongings, or patient's room * Assisting with destruction of seized items * Assisting with visitation on inpatient units * Assisting with daily opening and lockup of inpatient & MAT campuses * Assisting with ObservSMART rounding on hospital units * Assisting with paper-chart rounding on acute care units * Assisting with combative clients on inpatient units * Assisting all emergency response personnel (police, firefighters, EMTs, etc.) upon arrival to inpatient & MAT campuses * Assisting with transportation of patients between inpatient units/campuses * Property Room: o Securing patient belongings in property room upon admission o Retrieval of patient belongings upon discharge o Performing property room audit o Investigation lost and/or misplaced valuable property * Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Level II Background clearance
High School Diploma
Experience in a psychiatric setting preferred
