Our team of masters-level clinicians lead groups multiple times per week to deliver a higher level of care.

About The Role
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the end-to-end payables process at Charlie Health. You will work directly with the VP of Finance to build the internal process for managing invoices and other payables.

Responsibilities
- Manage the A/P email inbox for invoices and communications regarding A/P
- Enter vendor A/P invoices for multiple entities into the A/P system accurately and timely
- Set up vendors for approval, including W-9s and 1099s designations
- Complete weekly check runs and weekly/month-end procedures
- Reconcile and document credit card transactions
- Engage vendor partners to resolve invoice disputes
- Communicate with department heads for approvals and receipts for invoice payments
Qualifications
- Must be located in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a hybrid role (3 days in, 2 days out).
- Well-polished verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, and self-starter with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize and execute on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
