Accounting Clerk Entry Level - Bilingual Chinese English Job at Tofba International

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for daily account receivable and payables.
a. Making sure the AP accounts with vendors are in good standing and cleared.
2. Cooperate with and assist accounting department in day-to-day financial affairs.
a. Working with and assisting the CFO in his daily tasks.
3. Fluent in both Chinese and English
a. Strong Communications skills in both languages is preferred (written & verbal)
4. Familiar with various office software operations, such as Quick book and Excel.
5. Relevant experience in the logistics or distribution is preferred.
Entry Level
The company provides health insurance, paid holidays, and year-end bonuses in accordance with the regulations of the US Department of Labor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
