The Accounting and Administrative Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial review, and reporting.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Purchase order and ventor management - creating, editing, monitoring purchase orders. Managing open POs, reviwing at month end ensuring accuracy. Set up new vendors in accounting system
  • Daily/weekly review, verification, and uploading of vendor invoices with particular attention to account coding and receiving dates
  • Ownership of A/P email, routing or processing of incoming invoices and vendor communication
  • montiro division expenses with an eye toward reducing them. maintain internal logs and reports
  • Prepare accurate invoices for multiple customers, maintain invoicing records
  • Assist with the accomplishment of the accounting and organizational mission by completing required tasks timely and accurately
  • perform required tasks during month end closing process and audits
  • Work with site management and to produce stakeholder reports and presentations
  • Partner with customer service team to achieve organizational goal of Best in Class Service
