JOB DESCRIPTION

You will prepare financial reports to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. Your accounting skills and ability to build positive relationships will help you succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process, maintain, and provide reporting on accurate financial records including
• Prepare and report monthly tax information.
• Reconcile bank accounts, payroll, benefit invoices, supporting organization accounts, and investment pools.
• Invoice for reimbursable expenses/fees quarterly or as needed.
• Manage fund holder statement process including reconciliations, review, research, and resolution.
• Prepare financial statements and other financial reporting.
• Play a lead role in financial reporting.
• Provide support for budget and forecasting activities
• Prepare dashboard and board book materials.
• Prepare schedules for annual audit reporting.
• Manage compliance activities.
• Manage special projects.
• Reconcile balance sheet and income accounts.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintain accounting controls.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of Accounting experience
• SQL reporting responsibilities preferred
• Proficient with financial software
• Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office, preferably Excel
