Account Executive - PURE Advisors Job at Pure Insurance
About the role.
The PURE Advisors team is instrumental in the delivery of PURE's promise of exceptional service to prospective and active members alike. The Advisors screen prospects, provide them with a positive introduction to PURE, advance them through the quoting process, and regularly provide pre-closed referrals to PURE-appointed independent brokers to support our mutual growth. The Account Executive provides vital services for Members enrolled through these efforts including onboarding, endorsements, renewals, and policy management.
What you’ll do.
- Provide ongoing advisory that reflects the coverage needs of existing Member’s property and liability exposures.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining and documenting customer electronic files
- Process endorsements, renewals, and other policy changes
- Field customer questions regarding coverage, billing, claims and renewals
- Perform marketing and sales duties to round out existing accounts
- Understand and explain PURE’s coverage, and underwriting differences in all active states and territories
- Field sales calls from prospective members
- Generate referral sources from existing members and other centers of influence
- Support departmental initiatives to provide exceptional, personalized, service to our Members
What we’re looking for.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, with a preference of high net worth personal lines experience
- Ability to demonstrate integrity, exhibit team spirit and enthusiasm, and establish trust and credibility
- Property and Casualty insurance license preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail, analytical and solid problem solving skills; proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word applications
- Agile learner who can quickly absorb information and apply it to current business situation
