Our Account Executives are smooth operators. They’re closely attuned to the beat of the agency and they keep our workflow moving in time.
When projects come through the agency, it’s your mission to translate client needs into opportunities for your team to shine.
Day-to-day
Align client and team
- Become familiar with the client’s product, company culture, and competition
- Discuss project requirements with the client and compile contextual details
- Negotiate project details, schedules and deadlines with clients and agency staff
- Develop, present and track estimates to clients for approval
- Keep supervisors and directors informed and involved in client activities
Facilitate progress
- Develop and execute project timelines
- Coordinate work between internal departments
- Prioritize project tasks to efficiently meet deadlines
- Manage project costs and prepare client billing forecasts
