ABS Behavioral Health Services provides ABA based interventions to children, adolescents, and adults with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through the use of evidence based therapy, we address behaviors that are socially significant for the individuals. Behavior therapists work 1:1 in the home, community, or center based setting following behavior intervention plans and treatment plans designed by the BCBA/LABA.

• Part time positions available in the Worcester & Framingham locations
• Greatest need for services is currently Monday-Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Open Interviews being held on 11/28 from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM & 11/29 from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM
• Open Interviews will be held at the Worcester Office location. The address is 1 Ararat Street in Worcester, MA 01606.

Job Description

• Work directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, community, or center based setting
• Collect behavior data, skill acquisition data and session notes each session
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment plans as developed by the BCBA/LABA
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times
• Work collaboratively with the family, supervisor, and other therapists on the case

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
• Individuals with a high school diploma or Associate’s degree with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel up to 25 miles from the office locations in Worcester and Framingham
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check
