What you’ll achieve:

As a Project Manager, you will supervise the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to maintain client fulfillment, mediating between internal team members and external parties while ensuring project delivery is completed in the most efficient way.

You will:

• Lead strategic projects and initiatives, framing ideas into logical, well-organized programs, and defining resources required.

• Demonstrate flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction for self and team.

• Develop high level presentations, being responsible for working with leaders/stakeholders to craft messaging and imagery.

• Leverage operations supported tools to establish and maintain a set of processes and reporting to provide clear visibility into the work the team is doing and progress against defined milestones.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of organization. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex programs and “net out” your message in preparing high level presentations and communications.

• Excel at collaboration and teamwork. Experience working cross functionally in highly technical organizations. Collaborate at all levels of the organization with functional leaders to implement, support and track progress of business objectives.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication capabilities. Must have a demonstrated high attention to detail and an analytical approach to working in teams.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and assist/advise/support teams in establishing appropriate priorities. Be goal oriented and track on-time delivery to commitments, governance and drive continuous improvement to ensure team efficiency and productivity.

• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, OneDrive, Google Suite. Working knowledge and experience in project management tools is a plus.

Desirable Requirements:

• 3-5 + years of related experience in a professional role with a bachelor’s degree.

• Awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements.
