Full-time 988 Call Center IT Specialist position working Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. paying $25.00 hourly. This position will be primarily responsible for the information system used within the 988 call center, database system analysis, VoIP system and computer programming as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues for call center staff and volunteers.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree required; like field preferable
- 2 Years of previous experience within IT or other related field required
- Demonstrated work experience with network, hardware and software including Windows, servers, laptops, desktops, maintenance, wired and wireless networking and VoIP systems
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with database administration strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing are mandatory
