About the role
The Talent Solutions Analyst will support the recruiting efforts and will play an integral role in the staffing and onboarding of new consultants.
Responsibilities:
● Source independent consultants on LinkedIn
● Evaluate and screen resumes
● Conduct initial candidate screening online
● Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates
● Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
● Staff projects by reaching out to talent pool
Requirements:
● Experience of sourcing and screening candidate’s desirable
● Excellent and fluent language skills in the English language (written and spoken)
● Displays a keen attention to detail
● Demonstrates a personal commitment to a positive working environment
● Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
● Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn desirable
● BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

Salary: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
