3rd Shift Dispatcher Job at McRae's U.S. Mail Service, Inc.
McRae's U.S. Mail Service, Inc. located in West Allis, WI. is now hiring a full-time Third-Shift Dispatcher to manage our 11 locations based out of Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
Responsibilities include weekly scheduling and daily dispatching. Daily communication with the drivers is of utmost importance.
Full-Time Opening:
The work schedule would be:
- 3-4 days per week
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Training will be 3-4 weeks during 2nd shift hours
- Must work 1-2 Saturday's per month
Compensation: $22.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience
Job Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the transportation industry
- Must have excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Exceptional PC skills
- Background experience in a customer service environment with problem resolution skills
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude is a must
- Have familiarity with Google Drive and Spreadsheets
- Feel comfortable learning and using new programs on a computer
- Have strong typing skills
- Have the physical ability to climb into and out of truck cabs and boxes repeatedly throughout their shift
- Be able to pass USPS Background check
An Ideal Applicant Would (not required)
- Have a class A or B CDL
- Have previous experience or knowledge of the USPS Mail Contacting Industry
