2nd Shift Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job at Millwood, Inc.
Pay : $16/Hr
Shift :2nd Shift 2 PM- 10:30PM
Bilingual (spanish) Preferred
1 YR Microsoft Experience Required
Ideal candidate will need to have office clerk experience and be able to perform the following:
- Familiar with SAP systems.
- Perform receiving, delivery and shipping functions.
- Make decisions regarding trailer movement, order completion and timelines.
- Inspect all paperwork for accuracy. Maintain spreadsheets throughout shift on various materials received and shipment planning.
- Confirm appointments and update status of trailers, enter shipment and delivery information into computer system.
- Assist plant administrator with reporting and shipment planning. match in-house paperwork with delivery paperwork.
- Clerical functions including filing, preparing mailing, answer phones.
- Organize and schedule orders.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- **Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; necessary for full time**
