- Assist clients in implementation and support of ERP package products
- Define, detail and scope the technical requirements into solution architecture and drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.
- Design, develop and/or re-engineer application components, and integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms.
You must live in, or be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Basic programming proficiency and experience with Java, C# .NET, C++, Python, SQL, JavaScript and/or HTML
- Basic understanding of ERP package products such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, Salesforce and/or SharePoint
- Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based consulting environment, using Agile techniques
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, WorkDay and/or SharePoint (congifurations, implementations, etc)
- Familiarity with Enterprise Applications (EA) Implementation Methodology, Development Methodologies and Implementation Tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
